Yearn Buyer Protection
You’re in good hands when you shop with Yearn! We want to make sure every purchase you make is a positive experience.
That’s why we don’t release payment to the seller until 3 days after you’ve received the item and had a chance to confirm everything is in order.
Our policy is to protect you, and make sure you’re happy with your purchase.
Refund policy
In the unlikely event that your item doesn’t arrive, or it doesn’t match the listing description, we’ll give you a full refund.
If there’s any issue with your purchase, please let us know within 3 days of receiving the item so we can help resolve the problem.
We may ask for supporting photos to verify your claim. If your claim is validated, we’ll provide a return label for you to send the item back to the seller and we’ll issue a refund for your payment.
Returns must be shipped back within 5 days of approval to be eligible for a refund.
What is covered
If you encounter any of the following issues, please report them to us right away:
1 – Undisclosed damage
2 – Incorrect or missing item
3 – Item not as described
4 – Item is not authentic
If no claim is made within 3 days of confirmed delivery, payment will be automatically released to the seller and all sales will be considered final.
What is not covered
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns if you’ve changed your mind or if the item doesn’t fit. We suggest finding a new home for it by listing it for sale on Yearn again.
Trades and Offline Transactions
For your protection, Yearn does not cover trades or transactions that take place outside of our platform. When payment for items is not made through Yearn, we can’t ensure that both parties will follow through on their promises. You bear the risk for any transactions completed outside of our platform.
