Our Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Yearn marketplace (“Yearn”) and the services provided through the platform. By accessing or using Yearn, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Yearn.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and have the capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement to use Yearn. If you are under 18 years of age, you may only use Yearn with the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

User Accounts

To use Yearn, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information about yourself. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify Yearn of any unauthorized use of your account or password.

Listing Items

When listing items for sale on Yearn, you represent and warrant that you have the right to sell the items and that the listing is accurate, complete and not misleading. Yearn reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms or our policies.

Sale of Items

The sale of items on Yearn is a contract between the buyer and seller. Yearn is not a party to this contract and is not responsible for the sale of the item.

Fees

Our fees are simple and straightforward. For any product you sell, you will keep 80% of the final sales price and Yearn’s commission is 20%. If you are using Stripe they will separately charge a commission on your sale proceeds.

Payments

Yearn provides a platform for buyers and sellers to securely exchange payment. Yearn is not responsible for the payment and may take steps to prevent fraud.

Shipping

We will make the process of shipping as easy as possible. The buyer and seller are responsible for arranging shipping and the cost of shipping. Yearn is not responsible for lost, damaged or delayed shipments.

Disputes

If a dispute arises between a buyer and a seller, Yearn may provide assistance in resolving the dispute. However, Yearn is not responsible for resolving the dispute and is not required to take any action.

Proprietary Rights

Yearn and its licensors retain all proprietary rights to Yearn and the services provided through the platform. You may not use Yearn for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.

Termination

Yearn may, in its sole discretion, at any time terminate or suspend your use of Yearn, or remove any of your content from the platform, with or without notice and with or without cause.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Yearn, its affiliates, and their respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of Yearn, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Yearn is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Yearn makes no warranties, express or implied, including without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, and Yearn does not represent or warrant that Yearn will be available, accessible, uninterrupted, timely, secure, accurate, complete, or error-free.
